Americans!

I keep saying that the average American on the street is an idiot and their education system and culture is in shambles.,,, which makes their present political and social foibles a combination of funny, misguided and dangerous!

This was further confirmed when I read the following!!!!!!

• One in four Americans thinks that the Sun revolves around the Earth! (I wonder how many think it's FLAT!)

I rest my case!

As much as I love Florida, would Toronto in Ontario have been a better place to move to (conservative,     white, clean, safe, Trump-loving)?

I have news for you, Sunshine. If you’re looking for a conservative, white, Trump-loving city to move to, Toronto is not the place. 

For one thing, Toronto is one of the most ethnically diverse cities anywhere. Europeans make up less than 50% of Toronto’s population.

For another, Toronto is in Canada, not the United States (I know this may come as a surprise given that 11% of 18–24 year-olds in the U.S. can’t even locate the U.S. on a map). 

This is an important distinction because conservatism in Canada doesn't mean the same thing as in the US. Many — if not most — conservatives in Canada would be middle-of-the-road Democrats or liberals in the United States.

Well, Toronto is clean and safe, so 2 out of 5 isn’t bad, right?
