I started my working career many years ago as a DJ and broadcaster... and since then I have done some consulting work for various radio stations around S.W. Ontario..... which led me to develop a music format for 'mature' (Boomers and Gen X) listeners called "RADIO FOR ADULTS."For some strange reason, most radio stations (Like Virgin Radio and Jack FM) cater to a younger crowd of 18 to 39-year-olds who have gone over to the dark side and enjoy songs with non-existent lyrics, drum machines, synthesizers and generally crap music by crap artists.My station promises to NEVER - EVER play any Hard-Rock, Heavy Metal, Hip-Hop or RAP! "Just the greatest hits of all time!"Thru some technical savvy and a lot of dumb luck, I have managed to install a radio station at the top of my blog (https://allans-perspective.blogspot.com/) with a playlist that will appeal to anyone over the age of about 35.
