They say that most men don't get "smart" until they reach the "critical thinking" stage of life at around 25 to 30 years of age!!!!!! (Women get smart a lot younger... but that's another story for another day!)
Well, these two guys were obviously still in the pre-critical thinking stage of their development since they got into an argument at a local sports festivity and decided to shoot it out!!!!.jpg)
The only problem was that it was the "Super Bowl" parade in K.C., and hundreds of thousands of people were here, there, and everywhere!
Oh, and did I mention the 800 cops!
