United States politics needs a benevolent billionaire!

 I have mentioned this several times but another kick at the cat won't do any harm!

The United States of America needs someone with a lot of money to step up and form a third party at the national, state and local levels so that you can put an end to this polarized clusterfuck you call politics in America!

With Canada as an example..., we have a multi-party system with the usual Liberal and Conservative members as well as the New Democratic Party which almost never gets elected BUT KEEPS THE TWO EXTREMES HONEST AND FUNCTIONING!

There is already a perfect candidate set-up for this and that is the Libertarians..., but if that is not suitable then just call them the "Party of Independents!"

Whatever you do..., you've got to do it NOW!

THE REPUBLICANS HAVE TO GO!

 If you are wondering why my blood pressure goes up at the mere mention of the Republican Party... let me give you this piece of news as an example:

WASHINGTON — Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is pushing to let businesses and governments deny sick leave to workers who fall ill with COVID-19.

The Republicans are solely to blame for the delay in the new coronavirus protection deal because they keep throwing in stuff to protect businesses... and take out things that help ordinary people who are suffering from the coronavirus... whether it be from infection or from the effects of the disease on the economy!  

They need to go or a third political party (Libertarians?) has to be formed if the United States ever wants to get back to normal again!

ABOUT TIME FOR THE LIBERTARIAN PARTY!

 With the current state of polarization between the Democrats and Republicans... along with the far-left trying to bankrupt the country... and the far-right trying to blow up democracy (among other things), it's about time for the Libertarians to get in the game. 

The United States needs three political parties to adjust the playing field. Instead of politics being played like a half-court game of pick-up basketball it should be conducted more like a baseball game. (You don't want politics to look like a hockey or football game..... for obvious reasons!)

If there is some billionaire that really wants to change the American political system for the better... then let him (or her) spend a billion or so to set up the Libertarian party at the Federal, State and local levels.

A third party would be an automatic damper against the extremes of one side or the other as was the case with the Trump Republicans (Even if they were more of a cult than a political party.) and/or the Republican Senate under McConnell! 

The exact logistics of how it would work is up to the guy with the money and some of the political egg-heads but anything would be better than what ya got right now!
