ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Every Sunday, while The Mrs. Herself is visiting her son... I get in the car and drive to Sarnia (100 km) to visit my hundred-year-old mom!

The only radio station I can get all the way there and back is the CBC, (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) so that's what I have been listening to for the past few years on Sunday afternoons!

The only problem during the course of these ;-'Sunday Afternoon Drives' is that there will be at least one hour of programming for and about Gays... and another hour for and about Indians! (That's Native Americans for all you "woke people!")

As a result, I have started to call it: "The Gay and Indian Channel!"

Well kids, the shit hit the fan today... they had their usual shows about the gays and Indians... but just before I got home there was a third hour I hadn't planned on!

It was all about Gay Indians!!!!!!!!

The Conservatives keep talking about defunding the CBC, which, along with the threat of annexation that Drumpf fella is subjecting us to... makes me want to go and vote for Mark Carney... since he's our best shot at coming out of this in one piece!!!!

As for the CBC, I would never vote to "cancel" them... even if some of their stuff really gets to me!

On the radio side, I keep calling 'CBC Radio One' the... "Gay and Indian channel!'  (I keep saying that because it seems like that's all you hear about... either gays... or Indians... until today... they had a program about... Gay Indians!

CBC TV is no better, folks... the Pope died today, and while everybody else was watching the talking heads discuss his... bla bla bla... the good ol' CBC Television was doing a special on how the Pope and the Catholic Church fucked over the Indians in Canadian Residential schools!

CBC announces new programming diversity commitment

Canadian Broadcasting Corp has announced the formation of a new series in their effort to be inclusive of all marginalized groups and individualts.

The series will center on George Forsythe, a middle aged, white, hetrosexual male who is downsized by his company during the COVID pandemic and his attempts to provide for his family!

While not specifically a comedy or a drama it will accurately depict George's realization that he is neither a redneck nor a "woke" snowflake as he attempts to adjust and fit-in with a rapidly changing society!

His wife will be played by Pamela Anderson and his mother by Margret Trudeau! His daughter, meanwhile, will be portrayed by Megan Follows.

It will be part of the CBC's fall lineup!
