Sunday Morning Funnies, Trump!

This, in case you haven't figured it out, is a great piece of satire! 

I see some Canadians think Trump was a great President. Why don't we encourage him to run for Prime Minister of Canada since there are no term limits?

1. He’s not a Canadian.
2. At his age, he’s not qualified to become a Canadian.
3. He doesn’t like or respect Canada. And we remember the insults and the damage he did to us.
4. If he did somehow become a Canadian, he’d have to start his political career at the bottom as a Member of Parliament before becoming a Critic in a shadow cabinet or a junior Cabinet member. Then wait for a leadership convention and win it. Then win his own seat while leading his party to victory. By the time he could do all that, if he were capable of doing any of that, he’d be 90-odd years old.
5. He’d get kicked out of the House of Commons by the Speaker every Question Period because insulting another Member is unparliamentary language. That would mean he couldn’t do his job.
6. Canada is not the United States. A wannabe Republican Party here would fail. Correction: one made a major effort in the last election, running candidates in just about every riding in the country, and it failed to elect even a single Member. (People’s Party of Canada).
